The Pelland Advertising Newsletter
October 31, 2013
Late October / Early November Newsletter

Welcome to the latest Pelland Advertising newsletter. So much is going on right now that it has been difficult to find the time to prepare this latest edition. We have more projects in the works right now than at any time in our company’s over 30 year history. We thank all of our terrific clients, both old and new, for that. We are also embarking upon the busy fall  trade show season. The schedule appears below, and we hope to have the opportunity to meet many of you at one of these events. If not, you may always contact us at any time. We will be happy to speak with you at any time and on your schedule.

Our upcoming trade show schedule.

See Pelland Advertising at upcoming trade shows.
Charles Davis, Peter Pelland, Josh Pelland

It all starts this Friday and Saturday, November 1-2, 2013, at the 50th Annual CONY Exposition, to be held at the Kaatskill Mountain Club and Hunter Mountain Ski Area, in Hunter, New York. Look for Peter Pelland to be joined by Charlie Davis at this event. We are happy to return to the annual convention of the Campground Owners of New York after an absence of several years. The following weekend, look for Peter Pelland to be joined by Josh Pelland at the 50th Annual PCOA Convention, to be held at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, in Farmington, Pennsylvania, from November 11-13, 2013. We are always pleased to play an active role each year in the annual convention of the Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association. Later in November, look for us at the 2013 IAAPA Attractions Expo, to be held at the Orange County Convention Center, in Orlando, from November 19-22, 2013. If you would like to attend the IAAPA Attractions Expo but have not yet registered, contact us as soon as possible. As exhibitors, we have a limited number of free IAAPA  Expo passes (a $368.00 value for non-members who register on-site), and we are making those available to our clients and newsletter readers while our supply lasts. If you have not attended the international expo of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, one of the world’s largest trade events, you do not know what you are missing. We hope to see you at one or more of these upcoming events!

Introducing three of our newest responsive websites.

 Mark T. Wendell Tea Company
Mark T. Wendell Tea Company

Pelland Advertising has been working with the Mark T. Wendell Tea Company for over 25 years, producing the company’s mail order catalogs and related collateral advertising. Since early 2000, we have also built and maintained this prominent tea company’s Internet presence. Recently, after months in development, we launched an all new, fully responsive, e-commerce website that is loaded with new features. Customers may now view detailed images of each product and may login for access to their full account history, including one-step reordering, access to their wish list, and the viewing of related product suggestions. The website launch was coordinated with the mailing of the company’s latest mail order catalog, produced of course by Pelland Advertising.

 James Kitchen, The Spatial Engineer
James Kitchen, The Spatial Engineer

James Kitchen is one of the most highly respected sculptors in New England, welding scrap metal into works of fine art and essentially recycling New England history. Based in a nearby town, James learned about Pelland Advertising’s services several years ago, when attending small business marketing classes taught by Peter Pelland. Since that time, he has wanted to work with us on the production of a new website. That wish recently came to fruition with the launch of a new, fully responsive site that truly showcases the scope and scale of his work. Visitors may view galleries of his work, watch a short documentary film that was recently produced, see works in progress, view the upcoming show schedule, and much more.

 Copake KOA
Copake KOA

Continuing our work with many of the leading campgrounds in the United States, Pelland Advertising was recently hired to produce a new website for New York’ Copake KOA. Recently branded as the first KOA Holiday Campground in the state, the owners wanted to showcase the unique qualities of their park through the introduction of new website. Fully response, the new site uses a variety of tools to present an exceptional user experience.Contact us today to launch your new responsive website in 2014!
